Charmaine Ledden-Lewis is a proud Bundjalung woman and award winning illustrator, living on Dharug & Gundungurra Country, in the Blue Mountains, NSW. Using emotive and vibrant visual storytelling, Charmaine finds purpose in sharing culture and perspective through the many books she has collaborated on, exploring themes of Aboriginal lived experiences, truth telling, and celebration of Blak excellence. Some of the books Charmaine has illustrated include Found, by Bruce Pascoe, and Born to Run, by Cathy Freeman, with many other titles in the making.
