Rachael Mogan McIntosh

Rachael Mogan McIntosh is a writer and crisis counsellor from the South Coast of New South Wales. She’s a mum of three (four if you include the dog - she does) and the author of Pardon My French, a riotous memoir of a year spent in France with her young family. Her writing has appeared in publications across Australia, France, and the USA. Rachael loves books, baths, coffee, podcasts, TV and Terry’s Chocolate Orange, consuming them simultaneously whenever possible. Mothering Heights: A Year of Joy and Survival in the Trenches of Early Parenthood, her most recent book was published in March.

The Berry Writers Festival acknowledges the Dharawal and Dhurga language-speaking groups who are traditional owners of this area. We acknowledge their customs and culture, which have nourished, and continue to nourish, this land. And we extend our respects to Elders, past, present, and future.
